Fraser’s background in property maintenance—working alongside carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades—gives him a unique edge in assessing a property’s long-term potential and providing insightful advice on upkeep and value enhancement.
The journey began in the mid-1980s when Fraser Coop started his real estate career at his parents’ firm in Surfers Paradise. From his early days as an assistant property manager and maintenance coordinator, Fraser steadily progressed through the ranks, gaining his sales license in 1990 and later securing his full real estate license in 1997. Over the decades, he has held key roles at some of the Gold Coast’s most respected real estate agencies, including Surfers Paradise Real Estate, Lords Real Estate, and Chevron Realty. In 2019, Fraser and his wife Tracy Coop decided to establish their own venture—Palin Holdings Realty, a boutique real estate business run from their home office in Robina, QLD. Tracy brings strong administrative expertise to the company and is currently working towards her real estate certification. Together, they offer a seamless experience to property owners, tenants, and buyers across the region.
